Being an ex resident of Abertillery I sometimes wonder where my old friends are now. My name is Kevin Jones and I used to live at 11 Attlee Avenue with my sisters & brothers. Just curious as to whether anybody remembers me and would like to get in touch. A good friend of mine was John Llewellyn who
Questiond to live at No 26 and the Rees family who lived in George Daggar.

i know lots of people from the avenues when did you live there and how old was you. I know two john llewellyns but one is dead now do you mean the one that lives in Attlee now he is a Llewellyn think his name is John but i think he is much younger than the ones i know. I remember Valerie Wallace, Margaret Whitcomb, Allan Smith and Colin Smith, the Asseratties, Assinders and others do not remember your name sorry

Sorry, bit late in replying but have been off line a few days. Mt older brothers and sister were, Michael, Gary and Gwyneth Jones and the younger ones were Dai and Lizzie (She still lives in Aber). All of us are now in our 50's and 60's. We lived on Attlee Ave up to about 1968. My father was Jeff Jones.

I remember Margaret Whitcomb, but she would be about my sisters age and the Massaratti twins.

HI .Pat Morgan (no9) here ..I remember you and your brother with fond memories.Iremmember a lot of the people you spoke aboutas well .I lost any contact with Gwyneth during our time in the ARMY.woul love to hear from any of you if so inclined. Smile

Hello Pat, my, what a blast from the past. Last time I saw you was ages and ages ago. In fact last we spoke was during a sad occasion and I am sure you were in Australia then.

Anyway, great to hear from you. I'll try and send you my email and Gywneth's. I chat with Jill a little so I do hear the gossip now and again. I'm off, see if I can get some emails to send you. Lot's of gossip to catch up on.
