Could someone tell me how I go about putting a picture on this forum?

Hi Trish,
The easiest way to post a photo is as follows.
The picture should be at a location on the net accesible as a URL for example create an account with photobucket. Post the picture there and then it will have its own URL;
Then when you start a string or reply to a message you will see the button for posing an <Img> When you click on the button it puts a box with brackets on the text. Just copy the URL and place it inside the brackets. Your picture should then appear on the message.
