Any business coming to Aber is good news but lets hope it's a general store something on the same lines as the old Woolies to bring people in from surrounding villages to shop or browse, Aber seems to have an obession with the sale of food. _________________ Everyone is gifted but some just never open their package

Well Iceland is coming my friend saw it on the internet page coming in 2010 and that is a food outlet so what is the other shop that is coming Does anyone know where Iceland is going please
I would imagine Iceland would go into the old Woolworths site, the other outlet could be Wetherspoons which is due in the new year, allegedly. _________________ er gwaetha pawb a phopeth dwi'n dysgu o hyd!
We all already know about Wetherspoons and it is not a store. Iceland is electrical and food outlet so I guess it cannot strictly be classed as a food outlet only and therefore no doubt the one that Tchambuli9 is talking about. _________________ My life is no rehearsal There'll be no curtain call encore, so I've thrown my screwed up script away to ad lib my life once more!
It might be although in Hedley's message where he confirmed Spoons is definitely opening he scoteched the rumour that Iceland is moving to the Woolies site. _________________ The compliments pass when the quality meet.
He does like to twist things a little, maybe not Woolies but Fads or a purpose built unit on some area of land. Talking of which a number of people have commented on the new public place beside the stute if it being used as a pubilc seating area/square why did they not level or terrace the ground of off while the diggers were there it looks dreadful as it is even if they grassed it. What exactly are the plans for this area? _________________ My life is no rehearsal There'll be no curtain call encore, so I've thrown my screwed up script away to ad lib my life once more!
Town appeared to be a little busier today than usual but I guess the weather was fine and it is market day maybe people prefered to shop down town with the kids home from school rather than get them into the car to go elsewhere.
I think almost everyone I met said how depressing the town is now that Woolworths and Fads were closed since a least you had somewhere to browse as well as shop even on a wet day and get you out of the house for an hour and make it worthwhile making a trip to town even if you only wanted something specific _________________ My life is no rehearsal There'll be no curtain call encore, so I've thrown my screwed up script away to ad lib my life once more!
