Hi All

We are new to the site and are tracing our Family History. My Grandfather was born in Abertilery to John & Ruth Hellier ( nee Bees ).

Anyone with any knowledge of the family would be welcomed.

John Died at the Battle of the Somme and his name is on the war menorial in Aber. however his name is spelt Hillier not Hellier.

did ruth bees have a sister called sarah and the dad was called james bees if so yes we r related they came from a large family
