It is happening this time apparently.
Some of you might have noticed the sign at the bottom of Station Hill.

As of next week ( I'm not sure if they'll close it over the weekend or on Monday morning ) Station Hill will be closed for up to 4 weeks.

This is so that WPD can lay underground cabling and the opportunity will be taken to carry out roadworks at the same time.
The start was deliberately delayed due to Aberfest, the Blues Festival and it also makes sense to do it outside of school holidays.
