I don't know how many of you read the letter from my colleague Keith Hayden in the Gazette. The letter highlights the one sided information or is that disinformation being given to council house tenants in the run up to the ballot on housing stock transfer. This is the sort of legislation which puts me right off the Welsh Assembly apart from the way it makes all of its members from all parties closet nationalists. Anyway I shouldn't digress as someone else will probably do that for me. The sting in Keith's letter reveals that council vehicles have had the Blaenau Gwent logos removed and have been replaced by the Tai Calon logos - Tai Calon are the outsoucers
Looks like the result has been declared before the ballot, talk about being taken for granted, what incredible arrogance _________________ This is my truth. Now tell me yours.

And yet you still sought your party’s nomination to stand as AM

Its hardly a revelation when the vehicles drive around in full public view every day.
I saw one of the council van’s today which had the Tai Calon logo on it and I was surprised. However, on closer inspection the sign was actually promoting the stock transfer vote and urging tenants to use their vote. Is there more than one version of this sign on council vehicles or are you and your colleagues not giving the full facts.
To digress on your behalf – who the hell chose orange as a corporate colour scheme and why _________________ :

You're quite right dai6, it's to promote the vote and try to get across to as many people as possible how importnat it is for them to vote, since the result will affect their lives, either way.
And given that answer, you're also right - (yet again) the public aren't being given the straight facts.
Since Cllr. Keith Hayden has been mentioned in this thread, anyone find it strange that he seems to be the new Labour-slanted letter writer to the Gazette.
Also, Cllr Diane Rowberry ( without the title Cllr ) had a go at our MP.
Are we seeing the gradual removal of the PR disasters from The Party's propagandist tank ? _________________ Rocke

Alfie has already dealt with this one on the right thread
Really? I suppose it depends on you definitions of “dealt with” and “right thread”.
Alfie’s comments about you standing, while certainly true, didn’t deal with anything. Neither did your response.
My comments were in the same thread as, and in direct response to, disparaging remarks you made about the Assembly – how is this not the right thread?
This is just another bit of distraction to draw attention away from the fact that once again labour is using half-truths and spin to try and whip up any kind to public feeling which they can then attempt to capitalize on. That they would resort to these tactics is a clear illustration of just how little respect or support they have left. _________________ :

That's right David
I agree with you David
Well of course David
You're right David
Quite David
If you wish to resort to caricatures – so be it.
Everybody sing! – (To the tune of “With her head tucked underneath her arm”)
In the Civic Centre, a bureaucrat’s dream
The ghost of labour power walks the halls
“It’s headless McCarthy” the ladies scream
“and he goes straight through the walls”
Chorus
With his head shoved firmly up his a…..
Maybe its best I leave it there and save Admin some trouble _________________ :
