A challenge to Mr Eddie Jones

Reading some of the postings on several of the threads, over the last few months and one thing slaps you in the face like a wet kipper. Itís the constant Ďone liner put downsí by our friend Mr Eddie Jones. Not once has he posted anything worthwhile that as been interesting or informative.

So I just had a little thought, call it an experiment, which I hope Iím proven wrong because I donít thing it will be done, but I challenge Mr Eddie Jones to post something on this forum, which is either informative or interesting to the majority of the readers. It could be about any subject you like or even something, which you dislike (I would steer clean of politics if I was you). It must not be anything personal (no personal attacks). It could be about a good film you have recently seen or a book you have enjoyed or even a favourite holiday destination.

The post should be at least 2 paragraphs long (so none of your famous one liners)

There you have it, try it, it may even give you a sense of wellbeing, a new purpose in life. Get you artistic juices flowing, you may even surprise yourself and enjoy the new experience.
eddie jones

Correct. It won't be done.

A list of things eddie jones won't do - I'll start:
- make a positive contribution to this forum
- speak up for his heroes at a public meeting

Incorrect.

You can't (as in don't have the ability to) do it.  Laughing  Laughing  Laughing  Laughing  Laughing

Sorry Martyn, as above I have to disagree a tad.

"A list of things eddie jones CAN'T do..." is probably nearest the mark.

And of course I can think of a reason why.

Which (Labour) Borough councillor do you think they are ??????????????

So Mr Eddie Jones, you didnít surprise me or anyone else who as seen your worthless contributions to this forum over the last several months.
You are obviously happy with your one liner put-downs to anyone who you think merits one.
But you have shown yourself up, why would anyone want to read any of the bile you write? Why would anyone be the least bit remotely interested in what you think?
The next time you post one of your pathetic one liners, the recipient should remind you that you had the perfect opportunity to add something worthwhile to this forum, but you refused due to the fact you havenít the ability or the intellect to do so.

I know that certain members of this forum believe, rightly or wrongly, that somehow you are connected to, or are a supporter of the Labour Party. I have to disagree; firstly I believe that you have chosen a name that would be perceived or would be associated with the Labour group. Mr Eddie Legge is a well-known supporter and if you hear the name Eddie Legge you think of the Labour party. So you used the name Eddie in the hope that you too would be associated with it.
Secondly, the amount of damage you are generating for the Local Labour Group, with your infertile postings, while supposedly in support of the group, must be causing quite a lot of embarrassment to all concerned. So much so that the next person up the evolutionary ladder, would have had a not so quite word with you to button it.

If you are connected to the group, the person who would represent a Dung Beetle in the Party really needs to have a word with you.

Without intending to step into anyone's dispute or being an agent provocateur I have to give a round of applause for that put-down !
eddie jones

he or she is like yourself rock a person of little substance full of rhetoric but no substance. You should take care of him he makes you look good.Another suckling to your pen. Building up quite a following on here. You should cash in why don't you stand for election again. Should be a larf .

11 minutes to change into Blunderwoman.

(Smith 11:04, Jones 11:15).

And the same extremely narrow mentality.

Now you're being kippered by someone else who's telling you that you're being kippered.

You can go and help your other half try to fathom out today's intellectual challenge.
(In fact talking to yourself is probably best, you won't get the usual cuffing in mental sparring since neither of you are anywhere capable of inflicting meaningful damage).

You can now run along and have a Downfall Moment.

I've a few more FOI's to construct.

I wonder how many times the civic car has made trips to a particular address in Abertillery over the past 6 years or so ?

Not much chance of you standing for anything, not having a backbone and all.  Laughing

Particularly apt that Martyn.

Reptiles and creepy-crawlies are invertebrates.
martyn142

Reptiles are vertebrates Dai.

They are therefore slightly higher up the evolutionary scale than the eddies. No self-respecting snake-in-the-grass would bottle a public meeting and the chance to defend their hero, Deadly Hedley  Laughing

Oops !

I thought snakes didn't have a backbone Martyn.

Silly me !

Oh no, I've gone and done it now.

I can imagine the Mayor:

"Good afternoon and welcome to this month's edition of Hedley Python's Flying Circus."

I feel humbled with all the effort you must have put into that, after all two whole lines, I hope you didnít put too much strain on yourself. I must congratulate you on a sterling attempt at a worthwhile posting. You should keep up the good work.

Now tell us, are you Pro-Labour or Pro-Trouble Maker?

And has the Dung Beetle been to see you yet?
