Glenys says focus must be on recession | Quote: | GLENYS Kinnock will now take up a seat in the House of Lords, joining her husband Neil.
New Europe minister Mrs Kinnock, who has yet to choose her title, said: "I look forward to using my 15 years of experience in the European Union working on vital issues which affect our people and our neighbours.
"I am particularly pleased to be part of an invigorated government with the leadership, vision and determination to deal with the critical challenges faced by our country and to help families and communities to overcome this global recession."

Labours song was, (I think):
Thou cowards flinch and traitors die, we’ll keep the red flag flying high.
Sang to the same tune but now much more appropriate is:
The working class can kiss my ar*e, I’ve got the foreman’s job at last.
Don't you just love that valleys sense of humour, somebody else suggested that this forum could do with a humour injection
What title would best befit her

it's an offence against ladies. More like baroness trout she's angling for something again, the whole family have been riding the gravey train for years.
Brown appears to be putting his xmas presents under the tree before leaving.

The focus is on the recession - but how this lot have cocked up.
It's also obvious - as is apparent from another posting - that people simply see a continuance of Labour's gravy train.
350 MPs, and Gordon Brown can't find a Minister for Europe out of them.
What a sorry bunch they must be.
The Kinnock dynasty just goes on and on - what's their kids doing these days I wonder ?
