Chilling double murder book set for release

Quote:
THE face of Harold Jones was that of an angel, even the eyes reflecting a youthful and seemingly innocent light.

Yet behind the mask lay a soul of the darkest evil, as black as pitch.

The 15-year-old 'mummy's boy' with the brillianteened hair and spotless collar was a pitiless killer who raped and murdered two young girls and who posed and preened in the dock even as the shocking details of his crime were revealed to the court.

Now, exactly 86 years after Jones was led away, still smiling, into detention as a madman the full story of the horror which settled upon the small towen of Abertillery in 1921 can now be told in full.

does anyone know why Mr Milkins wife suffered more years than harold jones own mother or am i prying to close?
Morris Minor

Presumably, Harold Jones was only 15 at the time he was convicted and incarcerated for the murder and Mr. Milkins has been researching the story far longer than 15 years.

a good enough answer I imagine and probably quite true as he has researched for over 25 years.
anyone know when the book will come out?
Carolyn

I believe that it has gone for publication now so hopefully in the early New Year.

Harold Jones

Can't wait to read the book!  When I was little my aunty used to tell me about the police and locals searching the mountains and back gardens for the little girls.  My Gran told me not so long ago that her mother's friend had lived next door to the Jones family in Rhiw Parc and even when Harold was a little boy she always thought there was something strange about him and wouldn't let her little girl out to play if he was about.
