john jack joneshello there im trying find out if my great grandfather from Abertillery John Jones also known as jack jones and jack the Devil ever took part in mountain fighting?i came across the same name on a bare knuckle website saying he fought around 1914.He was from Abertillery and was a miner married to Florence Eveline Mason from the Forest of Dean.He had sons called Bryn Gwyn and Alan who are still alive and a sister called Ruby my Nan.Im not sure if this is the same man mentioned on the website but i do know like many others from Abertillery he and many others would go up to the hills on a sunday after the pub and fight barefist this is what was told to my Father,if this is true or if anyone knows if this would be the same John "JACK"Jones id very much like to hear from you yours thankfully Duncan McDonald
