Morely Road Abertillery

Hello I am researching my family history and have found that my grandfather James Griffiths died at 9 Morely Road in January 1934 and is buried at Abertillery cemetery.

I would like to find out more about the house where he was lodging and died while working in Abertillery, grandma and most of their children were living in Yorkshire.

If anyone could tell me how I can find out who owned/rented this house and if Morely Road is still there where I could get a photo please.

Any information will be much appreciated.  Smile

I think Abertillery Urban & District Council (As it was then) built and owned these houses at that time, they also built Roseheyworth Road and the Roseheyworth estate

I do not know who Lives at 9 Morely but here are some pictures.
