cat killer vivian streetmy cat was shot in vivian street abertillery and was found last night,
i have also lost another this last couple of months,
if any one has any information please contact me as it has been reported to the police.... i am horrified to say it looks like one of my neighbours in the area
and am realy sick to the stomach that someone can do this to an animal
all i can think is my children will play in this area and who are we letting into our community and calling neighbours  !!!!!!
somebody must have heard a pellet gun being used or know so please report it your kids or your cat might be next!!

I am sure that someone has some information or may have seen the incident, people this this often do it not just for their own amusement but also for the amusement of others. I am hoping that somebody will report it as you say it may be a defenceless cat today but the person may have no hestitaion in shooting a child next
If it is a youth or gang of youths a sensible parent would want to know what their offspring is up too before things get out of hand

That's absolutely disgusting news. You must be devastated. I haven't any information on the incident, however, my boyfriend who lives in Llanhilleth reported someone to the police a few months back for taking a pot shot at his cat with an air rifle from a moving car. It was a dark colour VW, possibly a Golf.
Also, I reported 3 youths about 5 weeks ago for using an air rifle in an area where children play and people walk their dogs. I found out later that they were from the Bryngwyn Road area. 2 were old enough to be dealt with by the police but one was a minor.
