PenndragonCan't really comment on this place at night but I had an excellent lunch there today. Was only me there but the after a little wait following ordering, I had a very tasty very fresh baguette with tuna and mayo, freshly cooked chips and a nice crisp salad all for £3.50. 
The only suggestion I would make is to improve the downstairs' gents toilets which were not the best and in need of refurbishment.
