Tick, Tick

I'm getting a headache... and the cause is my wife!
Every time we go out in the car, whenever we approach a junction or roundabout, she flicks this lever near the steering wheel and it creates a ticking noise. It's accompanied by a green flashing light in front of here.
Does anyone else have this trouble?
I think perhaps not many of you drivers actually know what the lever she uses is for so you don't suffer from this constant ticking!

Agree 100% with this. Drives me around the bend (no pun intended). I've said on here before, a lot of drivers seem to see it as a sign of weakness if they indicate  Evil or Very Mad

I've also said this on here before too but what the hell...

My other pet hate is driving along the dual carriageway behind someone who thinks the right-hand lane is a filter lane for its whole length for turning right at the next roundabout.

In fact, it isn't that uncommon for them to sit in the right hand lane for several stretches of the road because they are turning right in a few roundabouts time.  Evil or Very Mad

Pity the govrnment hasn't extended the middle-lane hogging law in relation to motorways to the right-hand lane of dual-carriageways.

Your revs are too low.
You should never be able to hear anything else in a car.

Very Happy

That's what undertaking is for Martyn.  Very Happy

PS it is unlawful anyway. The right-hand lane of any multi-laned road is for the purpose of overtaking only (unless it is a designated filter lane).

I have to say someone closely related to me used to have this really annoying fault.
Got it sorted out though - changed job location.

Doesn't get as far as Pontymoile now............
