War Memorial

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I'm attempting to find a Thomas John Silcox, my wifes great uncle, who was killed in action in 1916 in Flanders. The last known address I have for him is from the 1911 Census which is 16 Bryn Terrace, Aberbeeg. I have all the details of where he is buried in France and I know his parents had moved to Credenhill, just outside of Hereford by the time of his death. He is not listed on the Credenhill War Memorial.
Is there a War Memorial in Aberbeeg or the surrounding area where he may be listed??

Any thoughts will be gratefully received.

War Memorial

Welsh Guards, address given as Credenhill.
There is a J. Silcox on the Pontypool Memorial for The Great War.
Best to contact the CWGC, I would have thought.
Think the hospital gates once served as the Aberbeeg Memorial, probably incorporated into Llanhilleth now.
