I'm just wondering if all the walks start at the same time? It's just that you might get more people to join in if they finished in plenty of time to pick children up from school (most of which finish at 3pm or 3.30pm). I'd definitely come along if they started earlier.
Also, are you allowed to bring dogs?

Another question... we won't be able to make any of the weekday walks. However, are the routes going to be published anywhere?

Good point Martin. If I can't make the Wednesday walks I would like to do them by myself so would be very interested in getting a copy of the routes they take.

Hi
Thanks for the interest in the walks. The first was this afternoon and took place in glorious sunshine with stunning views across the Ebbw Fach and then Tyleri valleys. 14 people came in total and it was very sociable indeed with some new people coming along.
To answer a couple of questions follwing a chat amongst everyone who came:
We will look at moving the time to perhaps 1.30pm but for the next couple will keep it at 2pm as we have advertised them.
Dogs - we have a number of dog owners who come on the walk and they themselves felt it would not be fair to bring dogs on the walks as there could be friction between the dogs themselves and also not everyone is a dog lover.
Guides - we are working as I type almost on online guides to the walks - so stay tuned as they say
