There may have been a few queues,as I understand it though it was the new computer system on the pumps not a lack of petrol that was causing the problems. Also athough it is only Shell, some drivers will not cross what is effectively a picket line.Having said that I saw at least two deliveries of petrol over the last few days to Tesco. _________________ Politics,n.Strife of interests masquerading as a contest of principles. |

It may have been a picket line Ian but from my memory freight drivers do not, on the whole, display a particularly high level of collective consciousness. _________________ Never eat anything bigger than your head. |

| I filled up with petrol at Tesco on Saturday about 10am and the queues were no bigger than usual. I think a lot of the problem is to do with the fact that they only ever seem to have one cashier working there and I've noticed that not many people use the pay at the pump facility. |

Sounds like it was written by the same person who writes the Happy Birthday banners (sheets) you see dotted around the roads. _________________ Never eat anything bigger than your head. |

Well done folks! You all kept your replies to the 'action figure' civil. I must admit that I almost 'bit', infact I sent Dai a text saying that I would understand if he banned me for what I was about to say.
I've been on loads of forums, mostly music based, and have found that there are always those who become very brave while annonymous.
My guess is, this forum is the only outlet he has for his rage; check the times of his posts ... the man doesn't seem to have a 'full' life. |

| A lot of trouble is caused at Tescos filling station by people not using both sides of the pumps, I myself have been stuck in a queue of six cars when you have four empty pumps. Is this because they think the pipe wont reach around the back of their car [which it will] or are they just too lazy to walk around the other side? |

His vitriolic banter won't be missed that is for sure. He is obviously a right paranoid loser who sits at home scouring the web for any opportunity to go off on a rant, tarring everyone else with the same ill manered brush. His love for his performance related job is only a smoke screen to cover his more nefarious predilections for like minded arse@holes _________________ Elections are won by men and women, chiefly because most people vote against somebody rather than for somebody |

Aha !! Now that the perpertrator of unseemly posts has been barred does it now mean that the likes of Morris Minor can now vent their spleen unchalenged ? As for the post on UFO's, why would they hover over Abertillery.. They are looking for INTELLIGENT life !!!!! _________________ 'Ain't No Dark 'Till Something Shines, I'm Bound to Leave This Dark Behind.. Townes Van Zandt |

You take the biscuit!! You criticize me for defending the members of this forum that have been maligned by his vitriolic outbursts whilst doubtless he is free to start up a more provoking urine extracting rant at any time anonymously like yourself.
I don't see any posts relating to him being banned, only warned to temper his messages only the perpetrator would know if he/she were banned or not.
As for intelligent life form in Abertillery I agree with you in one respect, Dave Power claimed to live within a mile of Tesco and doubtless evolved from the very same gene pool he was moaning about on the Tesco thread. _________________ Elections are won by men and women, chiefly because most people vote against somebody rather than for somebody |

Bring a team of your cleverest Bomber County locals along to the Aber quiz in July and see how you get on. _________________ Never eat anything bigger than your head. |
