It was in Brecknockshire, in 1912, and the station used was Llanvihangel which was on the Abergavenny to Hereford line. The site was 10 miles from the station and they used horses and traction engines to haul materials. It was considered unsatisfactory and a railway was constructed between Lower Cwmyoy and Blaen-Y Cwm, about a mile from the site.
Water Board took it over from the Underwood brothers in 1916, I believe.
Believe it opened in 1928 and the railway and workers village at Blaen-Y-Cwm were dismantled the following year.
Believe it's in Powys these days.
