West Side - believe they were above Winifred Terrace, probably both were named by Fred Fielding old grocer and postmaster.

Apparently a family surname Thomas had a fish shop on Fieldings Terrace, Ernest Bennett lived at number 6, he was lost at Mametz Wood.

Thank you STOOB
but I still don't know where they were as the are not on any map I have looked at. I have found Winifred Terrace.

It seems now that all old maps have to be bought.

Are there any free that you know of?

You could try the archives in Ebbw Vale..
Alternately join a site called Out of the Blue Artefacts, you won't learn much from the web page has he's returned most of the information back to his computer, it was being copied nationwide. Just send him a message, very accommadating.
The earliest I've seen Fielding's Buildings is 1896 and Fielding's Terrace 1900.

Looked at the 1922 electoral register and there were 7 houses in Fielding's Terrace that year, some had under houses and there were also A houses.
Regards number 6 in 1922 Henry and Annie Burgess lived there together with Alfred James.
At 6A were Thomas and Blodwen Simmonds together with Sidney, Ellen and Albert James Paget.
