A Hunt family has lived on Alexandra Road for decades, near the club. Roy Hunt still lives there, he's on the Abertillery Past and Present and Six Bells facebook sites.

Saw an article in the South Wales Gazette on a Ruth Watkins of Alexandra Road, Six Bells, dated 24 March 1961, she thought she'd won the football pools but the Liverpool firm denied receiving the coupon, dividend was over 250.000.
