Can anyone remember the Perry family living in SixBells? (SixBells seems to be the topic of conversation at the moment) I am tracing my family tree. My father was Bill Perry as was his father and my brother (who unfortunately are no longer with us).Any information would be appreciated. Smile

Hi my name is jane holloway, maiden name perry.
my father is brian perry and he had a brother bill perry who sadly died of a sudden heart attack and buried at brynithel cemetery.
I was wondering who you were because perry is not a common name so you must be related.
The perry family did live in cwmtillery.
My father brian nicknamed nipper was the only brother to bill and they had a sister jackie perry their father died and he too is buried at brynithel cemetery.
My nan violet married again and then became a william after marrying rees. It's very complicated, because there are other brother's and sisters still living in Abertillery, Blaenavon and cwmbran.
Please get in touch because i was quite shocked to see that your father was bill perry if he was married to marilyn his 2nd wife and then Helenna you must be related, cousins in fact. bye for now jane

I did realize after just a shock to see someone looking for the name perry.
Did you find out much about our family tree?, i would be interested in your findings.

Hi there Snoopy, none of our family lived in Abertillery my grandparents were from Six Bells and my father and his siblings were born and brought up there. It wasn.t 'till my mum and dad were married (60 + years ago)they lived in Brynithel (where I was born) my dad died at a very young age and it was then that we moved to Cwmtillery.Myself and my siblings are now living in and around Abertillery.
