The Wednesday walkers group set up by Communities First did an Abertillery Park- Ebbw Fach walk this afternoon. It was tremendous and emphasised what a great asset we have in our countryside.
If you'd like to improve your wellbeing, enjoy some sociable company and meet new friends and help make the best of our countryside, then you're very welcome indeed to come along. For details ring Chloe on 01495 354723

| Wonderful pictures and a lovely walk it seems. Well done - what time do you go out - I work on a Wednesday. What a pity many people don't seem to appreciate what weve got all around us. |

Is the Wednesday group a regular thing or ad hoc? I just wondered because if I ever have a Wednesday off work it would be good to go along.
Anyone know? |

I think it is a regualar thing in the late spring and summer months and believe it is well supported but it is difficult for those who are working although they can join on their days off if they wish. Others have child care commitments and the timing a bit difficult for them _________________ My life is no rehearsal There'll be no curtain call encore, so I've thrown my screwed up script away to ad lib my life once more! |
