I have been following today events and slightly bemused. The nature and extent of our current local and National crisis, as well as its causes and cures, are the subject of intense political struggle. But as soon as we stop paying attention, it will invariably instruct its lapdogs to invade every private corner and force every thought into an uneducated mold. Then, when someone notices, the pattern repeats from the beginning. Though this game may seem perverse beyond belief to any sane individual it makes perfect sense in light of Echo's moonstruck, aberrant crusades.
