I would like to start a new string to bring back memories of Six Bells during the wonderful 60's. Particularly the area above Alexandra Road and Bridge Street. Incorporating Richmond Rd, Bryngwyn Rd, Marlborough Rd, Eastville Rd, Windsor Rd, etc.
I am that people will indicate where they lived and any neighbours they can remember. Also anyone who attended the Presbytery on Sunday mornings. Does anyone have access to photos of that period. Whitsun walks, bonfire night, etc.
I lived at 16, Richmond Rd my neighbours were the Boughtons at 14, the Hughes family at 18, the Riders at 20 or 22, June Harvey and family, last house before Clwynon Hill.
I was friends with the lad who lived in the house on the other corner of Clwynon Hill but forget his name. My best mate was David Griffin, who lived in Marlborough Rd. His father worked for David Brown.
